APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

A deposit of $21 is required to confirm your appointment. $20 from this deposit will count towards your total fee, while the remaining balance will be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and can not be transferred to another rescheduled appointment unless you notify us to cancel your previous appointment 2 days ahead (48hrs).

Please come with clean hair, free of products,

detangled and fully blown out (no shrinkage).

An additional $20 will be required if you'd like to squeeze in a last minute appointment, outside of regular appointment hours.

We do not book appointments more than 2 weeks ahead for regular services.

Courtesy Rules

PLEASE BE ON TIME! If you're running late for any reason for more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time slot, you'll have a grace period of 5 minutes to find a way to notify me.

This is important and will allow us create an opportunity for you to reschedule. If no communication is received from you, your appointment will be considered a no show = no new appointments with me.
